I've been eye-ballin this place for a few years.  I was happy to see it still standing, and we hit it up after our Amoeba Records trip Saturday morning.

We waited for about 15 minutes and discussed our ordering plan.

We were seated inside at a table for two by the counter.  The ambiance was nice and the service was really friendly and quick.

I had the herb eggs and ham (scrabbled eggs with pesto), cottage cheese and a biscuit.  M got eggs over medium, bacon and hash with corn beef.  We shared the blueberry and lemon waffle.

I really enjoyed the very flavorful eggs.  The biscuit was good.   I tried M's hash browns, and they were tasty.  The bacon was good and crispy.  Just how I love it.  Michael said his eggs were cooked perfectly.

The star of our giant meal was the blueberry and lemon waffle.  The waffle itself was almost purple from all of the blueberries inside, and it was nice and crispy.  There was a generous portion of blueberry sauce  choc full of blueberries and a sweet  lemon sauce.  The combination was just right.

I wish I took my camera, but will next time.. since we'll definitely be back to taste that bacon waffle.
